English Poem For Young Girl Diary
Daddy’s little girl
For the world, she’s a grown-up.One who carries a storm in her teacup! But for one person.Who still treats her like a babbling newborn!Just when the world tried to put her down,He strives his best to uplift her frown!Always by her side, he’s been.Ad if still teaching his little baby crawling!Indeed how much ever old she might turn,She will always be her daddy’s little girl.
As I looked into the mirror this morning,A radiant sound surrounded me,Like numerous diamonds sparkling! As I kept looking deeper,A pair of eyes looked back at me,As if I’m a delicious supper!I held the gaze a bit longer,And the eyes became intense,Engulfing me with their raging flame! The aura traveled all over my face,And it glowed like a lamp in the dark maze!Just then, my hands involuntarily reached my hair,And a lustrous streak of gold shone back at me,As if it’s a meadow full of willow tree!Admiring this reflection in the mirror,I realized beauty is true,Nothing but a piece of poetry!
The amazing concept it is;Developed by humans!Works in myriad ways,Teaches us many lessons!Waits for none for sure,Just as the waves running by the shore!A one of its kind healer,Gently erases old memories like a filter!
Tired of always pouring her heart,Love within her did not part!!!People came, people left,Drained her of her love, left her exhausted!!They saw her as an object of desire,With their gazes as the flaming pure!!All she could do was smile,Trying to hide the inner turmoil!!!She still waits for the anguish to ease,For someone’s love to bring her soul peace!!
Workload! Stress! Overburdened mind,Heavy eyes and a drained body!Just a glance across the desk at the effervescent dimple smile and his soul took a vacation!
The circle of water!
How does it feel to be a cloud?Light and free! How does it feel to be rain?Pouring and powerful! How does it feel to be a river?Flowing yet tranquil! How does it feel to be the snow?Fluffy and cold! How does it feel to be a tear from an eye?All of the above!!!
Every night she fought with her inner demons;Forgiving him for his cruel sermons!Tonight, she’s afraid to go to bed; what if she forgives herself for her insurmountable love???
Curled in the snug bed, she lazily turns to the side,Opening her eyes to the cheerful chirping,Pretty birds’ melodies playing by her side! The fresh air she inhales,Resembles the first breath taken,Just after leaving the mothers cocoon,Entering the unknown realm!Leaving is the memories of the past,She’s ready to face the unknown,Such a pretty young thing,Today’s, she’s truly reborn!
Each bite if chocolate magnified her pounds!Trying to imbibe the hatred, the love within saw no bounds!Who said Malice can’t be self-inflicted??
1 passport,27 countries,79 visa stamps!Called himself a wanderer!
Baffled when asked where his home was!
Gave a silly nod picturizing his childhood sweetheart’s smile across the hall!
A mere 6 letter word it is,Totally overrules the dictionary!Engulfs a person in its chains,Causing immense trouble and pains!A constant battle persists,Whether to smile or weep! The mind is always torn,Between the calm and the storm!Shapes up an individual,By its ever-changing forms! Can make life an ocean if sorrows,Or a pleasant waterfall! The key lies in one’s attitude,Subjecting you to a light/flight situation! So, keep your head, high darling!Cuz you are your own princess!
The concept of time always baffles me…Days and nights, dawn n dusks..!Nothing seems to make sense…The real grain has to be set free…From its parasitical husks! My mind is a constant battle…The memory knows just two times…Before I loved you. After you never did!
And just like these pollens. Let us all break free!Live lightly inhaling the gentle breeze!Awaiting the golden sun’s kisses!
Leaves grow, fall off and dry away,Branches erupt, grow and used up!Flowers bloom, shine and wither away,All that remains is the firm roots!Ever so dense, ever so strong!Somewhere a child is born,At another place a coffin is bought!A mother is joyous and ecstatic,A lover is broken down and it tears!Indeed what a miraculous cycle life is!The body is a temporary phase,Nothing but a change 9f clothes and place! What remains is the eternal soul!Ever so young ever so alive!Forever living in the memories of the beloved kin!
Curled in the snug bed, she lazily turns to the side,Opening her eyes to the cheerful chirping,Pretty birds melodies playing by her side! The fresh air she inhales, Resembles the first breath taken,Just after leaving the mother’s cocoon,Entering the unknown realm!Leaving being the memories of the past,She’s ready to face the unknown,Such a pretty young thing,Today, she’s truly reborn!
As I grew up, I realized life isn’t always a bed of roses! So, see it through rose-tinted glasses!I learned that things aren’t always black or white,So, start living in the grey without thinking left or right!Experiences taught me that the same person giving u blushes,Will as easily start giving u blues!I would rather soak into the moment, imbibing each and every hue!Through dark violets and bright oranges,Sunny yellows and peaceful greens!Only a colorfully complete rainbow looks truly Serene!
Who am I?
Am I the little girl whose eyes twinkle on seeing a bunch of cupcakes?Am I the happy soul dancing away in rain without any worries?Am I the sad soul leaving her pillows drowned in tears?Am I the strong person smiling inspite if her problems?Am I the angry human subjected to wordly emotions?Am I the calm woman all patient and compassionate like god himself?Am I the various emotions and mood swings?Am I the pretty me, the beautiful me?Am I the curious soul always ready to dive into the unknown realm?Am I a daughter, a sister, a friend , a doctor?Who am I?I am me!The miraculously manufactured magical, mystical me!
Champagne, midnight, eyes, satin sheetsShe lived her life like a princess,Grew up reading mills and boons,Always thought of love,As a blend of two naked souls!Celebrating her 21st birthday,With sparkling wine and Champagne,Soon, she met her prince charming,At this chic moonlight terrace,The midnight sky shone so brightly,Her demure eyes destructing him totally! He grabbed her from her waist,Shooed her to a faraway corner,Lifted her and laid her on the table,Admiring her beauty as a sculptors work!Swifting placing the diamond ringOn her delicate and slender fingers,She was forever his and he,Well, he had always dreamt of her!Tonight on their wedding night,The satin sheets witnessed,A love story so beautiful,The ignition in their eyes, passion in their lips,And an amazing act of vandalism!Cause after this night,She was the queen and he the king of her heart!
